Must be 21 or older with proper ID to check in.

For all reservations, the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged full stay value within 48 hours of arrival and the $50 deposit is then non-refundable. Invalid payment methods will have up to 12pm day before arrival to provide new form of payment or reservation is subject to cancellation.

You agree to vacate the room by 11:00am on the date of departure. You understand that in the event you do not vacate the room by 11:00am on the date of departure, you will be charged 50% of the hotel's nightly rate up to 2:00pm, andcharged 100% of the hotel's nightly rate anytime after 2:00pm.

No parties are permitted in the rooms. The registered guest will be responsible for all damages to the room. The Hotel is not responsible for any personal property.

The Royal Regency Hotel provides complimentary parking for our guests, however, we are not responsible for your vehicle in any way, including in the unlikely event of damage or theft.

This is a non-smoking facility. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in a room.

Upon check-in an incidental fee of $50 per night will be authorized to the credit card. If you are a cash paying guest an incidental fee of $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card.
